No reliable current Texas State football profile found for Ric Palmer
I couldn’t verify a current Texas State Bobcats linebacker profile or recent performance data for **Ric Palmer** from the available sources, so I can’t responsibly assess his fit, strengths, or ranking without risking bad data. The name also appears to match unrelated athletes and older records, which makes this look like a possible identity mismatch rather than a clearly documented current Division I player.
