Former Northwestern State QB now continuing his career in Europe
Eppler is best known for his experience as a pro-style quarterback with Northwestern State, but the most current reliable information shows him playing for the Vienna Vikings in the European League of Football rather than being an active Northwestern State Demon. That makes him a name to watch for teams valuing veteran QB reps, game management, and adaptability across systems, though current public data here does not provide fresh 2026 college stat lines or detailed scouting notes.
