High-IQ Indiana Forward, Strong Rebounder and Vocal Locker-Room Leader
Hartman was valued at Indiana for his toughness, rebounding, and reliable spot-up shooting, with IndyStar noting he could rebound well, step out behind the 3-point line, and was widely viewed as one of IU’s strongest locker-room leaders. In his Indiana career, he played in 35 games with 24 starts and averaged 5.0 points and 3.1 rebounds, showing a role-player profile built on effort, spacing, and intangibles rather than high-volume scoring. A fit for teams needing maturity, versatility, and steady presence.
