undersized Quinnipiac guard with proven Bobcats experience
Picillo is a 5-foot-6 guard who gave Quinnipiac backcourt depth and game-day readiness, including action in seven games with two points and two assists in one season, so she profiles as a steady, role-friendly piece rather than a headline scorer[6]. Her value is in guard toughness, compact size, and knowing how to fit into a team structure, which can matter more than raw box-score volume for programs looking for reliable backcourt minutes[1][6].
