Wesley Jackson brings athletic upside and two-way toughness to Jackson State's secondary
Wesley Jackson stands out as a versatile, competitive defensive back with real athletic pop and multi-sport background that suggests good movement skills and resilience. Recruiting-profile notes describe him as an honor student and multi-sport athlete, while scouting measurables from PBR show solid speed and defensive arm strength markers, which points to a player with development upside rather than just raw production. The key question for a roster fit is whether his technique and route recognition keep pace with his athletic tools, but the profile fits a coach looking for an energetic DB who can grow into a reliable piece.
