Mario Kinsey brings steady, experienced backcourt production for Sam Houston
In the 2025-26 season, Mario Kinsey is a reliable Sam Houston guard who gives you ball security, perimeter scoring touch, and sturdy all-around minutes rather than flashy empty-calorie stats. He’s been producing about 5.1 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in 15.6 minutes per game, with a solid 72.0% from the line but a more modest 41.0% from the field and 22.2% from three. The fit question: if your team wants a tough, rotation-ready guard who competes, keeps possessions organized, and can chip in without hijacking the offense, Kinsey has real utility.
