Catelyn Thrush brings versatile outfield value to UMBC with a contact-and-speed profile
Thrush profiles as a useful **role player with upside** for UMBC: an outfielder whose value is likely tied to defense, hustle, and putting pressure on opponents rather than raw power. Publicly available current stat detail is limited in the search results, so the clearest takeaway is her roster fit—she looks like the kind of athlete coaches trust for effort, consistency, and situational impact. If you need a dependable, competitive OF who can contribute in the margins and fit a team-first culture, she’s worth attention.
