Robert Delaney was a steady, assignment-sound anchor for Dayton's front line
In the 2015 season, Robert Delaney backed up Shane Toub at center, appeared in 10 games as the Flyers’ snapper on field goals and PATs, and earned Second Team All-PFL honors[1]. That combination of versatility, special-teams reliability, and recognition suggests a player coaches could trust in high-leverage situations, especially if they value consistency over flash[1][3]. His profile also points to strong academic habits and a team-first mindset, since he was a two-time PFL Academic Honor Roll selection and previously contributed as a reserve lineman and long snapper[1][3].
