Samford DB Jonathan Moore: Versatile, physical, and built for coverage impact
Jonathan Moore is listed as a defensive back at Samford and was previously described as a standout defensive back and wide receiver, which points to real two-way athleticism and above-average feel for the game. His biggest appeal is versatility: players with that background often bring better ball skills, route recognition, and competitive toughness than a typical specialist. Publicly available roster information does not show recent game production at Samford, so his current on-field impact is harder to quantify, but his profile suggests a smart fit for a team that values adaptable defensive backs with upside.
