Avry Holmes brings veteran shooting and steady guard play to Clemson
In the 2016-17 season, Avry Holmes averaged 10.3 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists for Clemson while shooting 44.2% from three, a big-time differentiator for a 6-foot-2 guard who could space the floor and knock down shots with confidence. He also played 26.8 minutes per game, started every game, and posted a strong 81.5% free-throw rate, signaling a composed, low-drama offensive fit. If a team wants a battle-tested guard with shooting gravity and ACC experience, Holmes absolutely pops.
