Andrew Grenert is a contact-first infielder flashing real versatility for Nevada
In the 2026 season, Andrew Grenert made five appearances for Nevada and went 2-for-6 with a run scored, including a 2-for-3 game against Air Force after entering mid-game, which hints at a hitter who can step in cold and still produce[1]. His calling card is a left-handed bat with a balanced, athletic approach and enough projectable strength to suggest more impact as he gets regular reps; earlier evaluations also praised his plate discipline and ability to work counts[2][3]. If your team wants a steady, adaptable infielder who can add sneaky on-base value and keep developing into more offense, he’s worth a close look[1][2].
