Elon’s steady, low-usage guard who brings value beyond the box score
Ben Daugherty is a veteran Elon guard whose profile has been more about readiness, feel, and team-first value than headline-grabbing volume; in his 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons, his stats showed limited minutes and modest counting numbers, but he consistently showed up in a bench role and earned repeated academic-honor-roll recognition. He looks like the kind of player coaches trust for organization, competitiveness, and doing the small things right — a good fit if your team wants a dependable backcourt piece who won’t need the ball to matter.
