Wisconsin Walk-On with Walk-Up Heart and Untapped Potential
Will Decorah, a guard for the Wisconsin Badgers, has been a dedicated walk-on since the 2015-16 season, appearing in just four games with minimal stats—no points scored, one career shot attempt at Minnesota on 3/2/16—but earning his stripes through prep stardom at Waunakee High. His differentiator? Relentless intensity and team-first grit that screams locker-room glue guy, perfect for programs valuing culture over box scores. No injury red flags; he's the prototypical developmental spark who hustles like a scholarship stud—ideal fit for mid-major teams needing leadership and defensive fire without ego.
