Defensive Anchor Hali Ford: Elite Shot-Blocker with Two-Way Impact
Cal State Bakersfield forward Hali Ford is a defensive specialist who anchors the Roadrunners with elite rim protection and perimeter disruption. During her 2014-15 junior season, Ford led her team in blocks (16) while ranking fifth in steals (38), showcasing her versatility on that end of the floor. A starter in 21 of 31 games that year, Ford averaged 3.3 points and 3.3 rebounds. Her high-motor, disruptive defensive presence makes her an ideal fit for programs seeking a glue-guy forward who impacts winning through effort and positioning rather than volume scoring.
