Physical, Length-Advantaged Safety with Proven Tackle Production
Larry Elder is a 6'0", 200-lb safety who earned 2023 All-NEC Preseason First Team honors at LIU, showcasing elite physicality and length for the position. Over four seasons with the Sharks, Elder logged 175 total tackles and 103 solo stops across 32 games, demonstrating consistency and durability. His combination of size, strength, and ball-hawking ability (1 interception in limited 2023 action) makes him an attractive prospect for teams seeking a physical, versatile defensive back who can contribute immediately in coverage and run support.
