Miami (OH)’s all-time workhorse with proven efficiency
Alonzo Smith’s Miami (OH) profile is built on consistency, toughness, and production: he finished with 2,613 rushing yards for the RedHawks, ranking eighth all-time at the school, and averaged 4.6 yards per carry in his Miami career. He brings a reliable between-the-tackles style, enough pass-game utility to matter, and the kind of steady, low-drama presence coaches love. If you want a back who can handle volume, stay on schedule, and give you a dependable floor, Smith is an easy fit.
