Elma Stevenson brings veteran backcourt grit to Alabama State
Elma Stevenson profiles as a steady, experienced guard whose value goes beyond scoring: the archived Alabama State game notes show her as a contributor in a rotation that leaned on defense, rebounding, and toughness, and her sports-reference record confirms she has a documented college career with Alabama State.[1][2][3] The catch is that currently available public stats are sparse, so the clean takeaway is simple—she looks like the kind of glue player coaches trust for ball pressure, floor balance, and low-drama minutes rather than flashy box-score fireworks.[1][3][5]
