Freshman Mississippi State linebacker with a developmental, physical profile
Ethan McKee is listed by Mississippi State as a 6-foot, 225-pound freshman ATH from Meridian, Mississippi, but there are no public game statistics yet for him in the 2026 roster release, so this is more about projection than production right now.[1] The appeal is the local-rooted upside: he brings a linebacker-sized frame, early-career versatility, and the kind of developmental profile that can grow into special teams value and future defensive snaps if his motor and discipline translate on campus.[1]
