Jerian Younger is a steady, low-usage JMU forward who brings rebounding, defense, and efficient finishing inside
Younger has been a reliable role player for James Madison, averaging **5.7 points**, **3.3 rebounds**, and **0.7 blocks** in **27 games** while shooting **44.6%** from the field in the season reflected by ESPN’s player log. His value is in the unglamorous stuff: he keeps possessions alive, competes on the glass, and gives the Dukes size and physicality without needing touches. The downside is limited perimeter production and modest free-throw efficiency, so he fits best as a complementary frontcourt piece rather than a featured scorer.
