Southern’s quiet-name Jaguar worth tracking
Shontega Thomas appears on Southern University’s football records and honor-roll lists, but there’s not enough publicly available 2026 stat-tracker data to confidently label him a featured workload back yet[1][2]. What stands out is the upside profile: being in the program’s academic core suggests reliability and buy-in, and if he’s earning snaps in Southern’s RB room, the fit likely leans toward a disciplined, team-first runner rather than a pure highlight-chaser[1][2].
