Jacksonville State Guard with Proven Relay Pedigree and Early Rebounding Spark
LeCresha Horton, a guard for the Jacksonville State Gamecocks women's basketball team, showed early promise in limited action during the 2013-14 season, grabbing three rebounds across two games against Eastern Illinois (1/11) and TSU while logging a career-high 15 minutes versus SIU Edwardsville (1/13). Transitioning from track where she anchored JSU's winning 4x400m relay at the 2013 OVC Indoor Championships (3:48.20), her explosive speed and athleticism make her a differentiator for fast breaks and perimeter defense—ideal for teams seeking versatile, high-energy guards with multi-sport intensity and no notable injury history.
