Prentis West brings veteran size and stability to Northwestern State’s secondary
Prentis West is a senior cornerback at Northwestern State, listed at 5-foot-10, 165 pounds, and his value starts with experience and compact coverage ability rather than flash[1]. He’s the kind of steady defensive back coaches can trust in leverage situations: physical enough for the slot, seasoned enough to understand route tendencies, and battle-tested by a long college career in Natchitoches[1]. He profiles as a fit for a team that wants a dependable, smart cover man who can compete snap after snap and keep the defense organized.
