NDSU’s Jake Johnson brings size and experience to the boundary
Jake Johnson is listed on North Dakota State’s 2026 roster as a 6-foot-1, 190-pound third-year cornerback, giving the Bison a longer, physical presence on the edge[1]. The most notable differentiator is his experience path—he arrived from Wayne State (Neb.), which usually signals a player who had to develop the hard way and can handle a transition into a demanding FCS program[1]. That profile suggests a competitive, versatile DB who should fit a team that values toughness, length, and upside over flashy highlight numbers[1].
