Ryan Meeks brings blue-collar edge and steady trench value to UAB
Ryan Meeks profiles as a hard-working, detail-oriented defensive lineman whose calling card is effort and toughness rather than flash; his background notes four years of extra work, a strong practice habit, and an All-District Honorable Mention at the D-line, with experience on both the defensive and offensive lines. That versatility and nonstop motor make him a useful fit for a program that values physicality, discipline, and depth in the front seven, especially if you want a player who can grind, adapt, and do the dirty work without needing the spotlight.
