Grace Alvarez brings steady guard minutes and a veteran touch to UTEP
In the 2022-23 season, Grace Alvarez appeared in 19 games off the bench for UTEP, averaging 4.5 minutes and contributing 21 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists, while ESPN lists her as a guard from Houston with UTEP career history spanning 2021-2023[1][2]. Her value is the low-drama, connective-gear stuff: ball movement, positional flexibility, and the kind of bench stability coaches love when they need someone who stays ready and plays within the system[1].
