Wofford’s Intense DB with Playoff-forced Fumble and Scout-Team Grit
Joshua Rowe, a 5-11, 175-lb freshman safety for the Wofford Terriers, stands out not just for his stats but for his relentless intensity and unique differentiators: he forced a fumble in Wofford’s playoff game and was honored as scout team player of the year for his tireless prep work. Though small for the position, his speed, football IQ, and personality—described by coaches as a ‘warrior’ with Alabama roots—make him a high-fit, high-energy safety who thrives in pressure situations. No injury history reported; his drive and adaptability suggest he’s a perfect fit for teams needing a smart, intense DB who elevates the entire unit.
