Playmaking cornerback with verified FCS roster status at Southern Utah
Mario Williams is listed by Southern Utah as a cornerback, but the available results do not show recent on-field statistics for him in that role; the strongest confirmed background comes from his earlier high-level college production at wide receiver, where he posted 60 catches for 1,031 yards and 6 touchdowns in 2024 for Tulane. That history suggests strong ball skills, separation/coverage instincts, and playmaking upside, while his smaller-but-sturdy build was described by 247Sports as durable enough to hold up in college. If Southern Utah is using him as a CB, he is worth watching as a versatile athlete with real production pedigree, but current defensive performance data is not available in the results.
