Georgetown veteran David Owens brings size, experience, and old-school LB grit
David Owens is a seasoned Georgetown linebacker whose profile is built on experience more than flash: in the 2021 season, he was listed at 6-foot-2 and 208 pounds, after earlier seasons at 215 pounds, and the Hoyas roster history shows he’s been around the program since 2018. He did not see game action in the 2021 season, so his current value is more about depth, knowledge, and physical development than headline stats. If you want a dependable, system-savvy linebacker who understands the program and fits a developmental defense, Owens is the kind of sturdy, no-drama piece coaches usually love.
