Donald David brings versatile depth to Austin Peay’s front seven
Donald David is a depth piece for Austin Peay with positional versatility, having worked in the defensive line/linebacker group and also switched to fullback in spring to add roster flexibility[5]. That kind of adaptability matters for a program that has shown it can overwhelm opponents up front, including a 700-yard outing in 2025 and a defense that limited Morehead State to just 6 rushing yards in a 56-7 win[1][2]. If you value a player who can help plug multiple holes and compete wherever the staff needs him, David is a practical fit.
