Delaware’s hard-charging, all-purpose back with pro upside
Cuff was a productive Delaware running back who earned an NFL look after signing with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent in 2008, which signals a player valued for more than raw box-score production.[1] His appeal is the kind coaches love in a backfield: compact, tough, and reliable enough to translate from college production to a pro opportunity, even without elite draft buzz.[1] If you need a runner who can bring physicality, consistency, and a “prove-it” edge, Cuff fits that profile.
