BYU’s Developmental CB with a Playmaking Background
Micah Alba is best viewed as a developing BYU cornerback whose value comes from athletic upside, special-teams/playmaking versatility, and a football background that includes highlight-reel explosiveness rather than eye-popping public stat volume. The limited public data available does not provide a clear current-season statistical profile, but his prior BYU training research connection suggests strong emphasis on acceleration, break ability, and technique development—traits that matter for a CB fit. If you want a depth piece with upside, competitive energy, and room to grow into a coverage role, he is worth tracking.
