Sean Gords brings veteran Bobcat toughness and nickel-back versatility
Sean Gords has been a dependable, physical defensive back for Montana State, with the program’s own roster notes showing him as the primary nickel back in 2012 after developing into a solid starting corner in 2011. In the 2010 season, he logged 29 tackles in 12 games as a true freshman, and by 2011 he was making plays with a pick, pass breakups, a sack, and tackles for loss. What makes him interesting is the combo of versatility, blue-collar edge, and earned trust — the kind of player coaches usually love because he shows up, learns fast, and does the dirty work without fuss.
