dependable, technically polished Toledo O-lineman with pro-level poise
Mancz stood out at Toledo as a highly disciplined, intelligent interior offensive lineman whose game was built on confidence, composure, and leverage rather than flash; NFL scouting praised his anchor against power rushers, football IQ, and leadership, and Toledo honored him as a Second-Team All-American in 2014. He is the kind of lineman teams value if they want a steady, tough, scheme-sound presence who can communicate, adjust, and keep the pocket clean—less about highlight plays, more about winning the trenches.
