Big-bodied Houston anchor with old-school interior grit
Houston’s David Hunter is listed at 6-2, 297, giving the Cougars a compact, leverage-friendly interior DL profile built for power and gap control[1]. The key appeal is trench toughness: he’s the kind of body that can absorb blocks, keep the run game honest, and let teammates hunt behind him, which is exactly the sort of blue-collar fit coaches love when they want a dependable inside presence[1].
