NIU's Unsung DE Scout Hero from 2013
Matthew Baltimore, a defensive end for the Northern Illinois Huskies in 2013, made limited appearances against Eastern Michigan and UMass while earning Defensive Scout Player of the Week honors for Eastern Illinois and Purdue games, showcasing his high-motor intensity and preparation smarts as a reliable practice warrior. With no recent college stats post-2013 and no pro path evident, he's a long-shot developmental prospect—ideal for teams needing gritty, low-ego depth pieces, but lacks the flash or production to demand starter attention.
