veteran Maine guard with point-guard experience
Doran Mitchell is a 6-foot point guard who has been listed with the Maine Black Bears, giving him the kind of floor-general profile that typically matters in fit-heavy roster decisions. Available sources confirm his guard status and Maine affiliation, but they do not provide current season stat leaders, so the clearest takeaway is role and experience rather than production spikes. For a team, he projects as a steady backcourt option whose value would hinge on decision-making, tempo control, and guard defense more than highlight-reel scoring.
