Depth linebacker with proven special-teams grit for Georgia State
Ben Tooks is a Georgia State inside linebacker whose current profile is more about reliability and downhill effort than splashy production, with ESPN listing 2 solo tackles and Georgia State noting he recorded two tackles in the 2023 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.[1][2] His differentiators are toughness, willingness to work in the box, and the kind of role flexibility that helps a defense stay stable on special teams and in rotational snaps. If you want a physical, assignment-sound linebacker who brings energy and depth rather than headline numbers, Tooks is a sensible fit.
