Mike Freeman brings reliable hands and big-play juice to Washington State
In the 2025 season, Freeman led Washington State with 54 catches for 590 yards and 3 touchdowns, and he added explosive value as a punt returner with 415 return yards, making him a versatile offensive weapon[2][12]. His calling card is separation ability plus return-game dynamism, and reports from the 2025 portal window noted he was the Cougars’ top receiver and delivered a standout 9-catch, 92-yard, 1-TD game against Ole Miss[10][12]. If you want a player who can tilt field position and create chunk plays, Freeman fits the bill nicely[2][10].
