Will Mitchell brings compact, efficient burst to Middle Tennessee’s backfield
In the 2025 season, Middle Tennessee RB Will Mitchell logged 11 carries for 64 yards, a 5.8-yard average, and no touchdowns, showing a steady, north-south style rather than splashy volume[1]. At 5-foot-6/5-foot-7 and around 180-183 pounds, he’s a compact runner with a low center of gravity, and the roster notes also point to prior production of 3,000 rushing yards and 30 touchdowns in his career background[2][3]. He looks like a fit for a team that values toughness, quickness, and efficiency over size—think “hard to spot, harder to tackle.”[1][2][3]
