Bethune-Cookman’s Myron Respress: Big body, low-usage anchor with veteran value
Myron Respress is a 6-foot-8, 220-pound center for Bethune-Cookman who brings size, experience, and a classic interior presence to the Wildcats’ front line.[1][2] In the 2023-24 season, his role was limited on the box score side, but that also suggests a low-usage, system-fitting big who can handle rim protection, physical screens, and paint duties without demanding touches.[5] For a team needing toughness, positional length, and a steady veteran in the middle, he looks more like a glue guy than a headline hunter—and that’s useful basketball.
