Rene Hines brings veteran Georgia State forward/guard versatility
Rene Hines is a Georgia State women’s basketball forward/guard whose value shows up in versatility, not just box-score noise. In Georgia State’s 2021 coverage, she was a 6-foot junior who produced 21 points in 22 minutes in a blowout win, a flash of efficient scoring that hints at a player who can punish mismatches and give a bench unit real juice. The key appeal: size, flexibility, and instant-offense potential — the kind of multi-position fit that coaches love when they need toughness, spacing, and line-up adaptability.
