Carter Roberts brings pro-built tools to the Aggies, but 2026 production sample is still waiting to catch up
Carter Roberts is a 6-foot, 185-pound freshman outfielder at North Carolina A&T with a reputation for loud tools: a 6.7 60-yard dash, 88 mph outfield velocity, and showcase exit-velocity numbers that point to real athletic upside. The catch? Publicly available 2025-26 college stats currently show no game data for him yet, so the evaluation is more about projection than production right now. If you want a high-upside defender with speed and arm strength who could grow into more impact at the plate, Roberts is worth a closer look.
