Justin Mabe brings right-handed depth and two-way pedigree to UNC
Justin Mabe is a North Carolina right-handed pitcher with a solid frame and a background that includes notable high school production as both a pitcher and hitter, including a .402 batting average in his sophomore season and Mid-Piedmont 3A honors.[4][6] Recruiting profiles list him as a 2025 prospect from North Davidson with measurable athleticism and size, suggesting upside more than finished polish.[1][6] For a staff, he looks like a developmental arm who adds depth and competitiveness; the main draw is his proven baseball IQ and multi-role value rather than verified college statistical dominance yet.[1][3][6]
