Nevada's Steady-Handed Transfer Guard with Proven Scoring Punch
Corey Henson, a battle-tested senior guard for the Nevada Wolf Pack, brings reliable double-digit scoring from his Wagner days—averaging 14.6 PPG as a junior (2016-17) and 13.3 PPG as a sophomore (2015-16), leading the NEC in 3PT% at 40.2%—paired with sharp playmaking (career 2.0 APG, season-high 7 vs. SJSU). His differentiator? Clutch versatility at both guard spots, ice-cold 82% FT shooting, and a gritty intensity that shone in career-high outbursts like 33 and 25 points. No injury red flags; he's a low-risk, high-floor fit for teams needing backcourt stability and microwave scoring off the bench.
