Notre Dame LB Kevin Washington brings veteran, high-IQ depth and special-teams value
Kevin Washington is listed as a Notre Dame linebacker, but the available public data does not show current on-field production or stat leaders for a 2026 campaign, so his value is more about profile than box-score pop[1][9]. The clearest takeaway is that he’s a seasoned depth piece with linebacker experience, and Notre Dame’s staff continuity suggests he fits a defense that prizes discipline, communication, and reliable assignment football[1][11]. If you want a flashy stat-sheet star, he’s not that guy; if you want a trustworthy, likely plug-and-play football adult in the room, this is the kind of player who quietly makes a roster better[1][7].
