Colorado State DB Zach Donaldson: veteran roots, local ties, and depth-chart value
Zach Donaldson’s profile is built on local pedigree and reliability: the Fort Collins product was a two-time all-conference pick and second-team all-state selection in high school, and Colorado State listed him as a DB/safety recruit at 6-foot-1 and 195 pounds. His differentiator is toughness and familiarity with the program’s culture rather than splashy stat volume, which makes him the kind of low-drama, high-trust defensive back coaches usually love. If you want a steady, physical fit who knows how to survive a long season, he’s worth a look.
