Eli Huggins is a rugged, high-IQ interior anchor for Kansas State
In the 2022 season, Eli Huggins was the kind of nose tackle coaches love: a veteran leader who started all 14 games, posted 32 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, a sack, and a fumble recovery while earning Honorable Mention All-Big 12 recognition[1]. What makes him more than just a stat line is his steady, physical presence in the middle, his experience as a six-year performer, and the trust K-State placed in him as a team captain during its Big 12 title run[1][2]. He also brought unusual durability, starting 32 straight games and finishing as a four-time Academic All-Big 12 honoree[2].
