Liberty DB Marlon Roman: veteran depth piece with a tough, versatile profile
Marlon Roman is listed by Liberty as a senior defensive back/long snapper at 5-11, 200 pounds, which signals a physical, utility-minded player rather than a one-note specialist. The main differentiator is his versatility and veteran status: Liberty’s roster lists him at DB/LS, and his background with the program suggests a dependable, team-first presence who can add value in multiple roles. The biggest reason to care is fit—he looks like the kind of roster piece coaches trust for detail, toughness, and special-teams value, even if public stat production is limited.
