UNLV’s veteran floor general turned coaching backbone
Mia Bell is no longer a current player for UNLV; she’s the Lady Rebels’ associate head coach as of 2026, bringing rare program continuity, a local Las Vegas connection, and the perspective of a former All-Mountain West point guard. During her playing career, she ranked among UNLV’s all-time leaders in assists, three-point shooting, steals, starts, and games played, which signals a smart, steady, two-way guard who understood pace and decision-making. If you care about leadership, institutional knowledge, and a proven winner, Bell is exactly the kind of presence that raises a team’s basketball IQ.
