seasoned ACU post presence with toughness and rebound juice
Makayla Mabry has been a reliable frontcourt piece for Abilene Christian, bringing size, physicality, and rebounding to the Wildcats’ post rotation. In her ACU career, she was a 3-year starter and a major contributor on the 2019 Southland Conference title team that reached the NCAA Tournament, which says plenty about her winning DNA and coach trust. Her game is built on interior work, effort, and experience rather than flash — think sturdy defender, board-crasher, and gritty teammate who fits a team that values toughness and structure.
